DEFINITIONS OF TERMS USED

The below words or phrases will hold the following meanings in these terms:-
• The customer/client/consumer, the user of the Services, who asks us to present a
delivery service (including any employee, agent, or subcontractor representing on
behalf of you) – will be referred to as “You, Your”.
• ALIJAHAN COURIER SERVICE - will be referred to as “We, Our, Us or ALIJAHAN”.
• The parcel or any packages (stuff/items) we carry for you from one destination to another – will mention
as “Consignment”.
• Receiver of the consignment (parcel/packages/stuff/items) – “Consignee”
• Your booking to deliver anything (parcel/packages/stuff/items) that may put public health and safety
at risk. This includes (but is not restricted to) explosives, radioactive material, and items requiring specialist
treatment or handling during transportation – “Dangerous Goods”.
• A company stamp (chop) or signature obtained as a confirmation of consignment delivery to the consignee
– “Proof of delivery”

A. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Here are the following terms and conditions under which we deal with you; these will override any previous
agreement between us. These terms & conditions are not changeable unless otherwise one of our directors

agrees in writing. These terms will also override any terms or conditions you may ask to impose on your sup-
pliers from time to time.

• We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to:-
 Subcontract with and appoint any other person, firm, or company to support and enrich our services.
 Refuse to accept any consignment or part thereof for delivery.
 Refuse to accept dangerous goods for delivery.
